Layaway Details:

• Available Online and In-Store at Texas Security Equipment

• 20% Non-Refundable Deposit

  • Online: Just place your order as you normally would and select 'LAYAWAY' as your payment option during checkout. Upon receipt of your non-refundable 20% deposit, we will secure your item(s) from our inventory and activate your 90 day Layaway Plan.

• 90 Day Layaway available with $15 fee each month (30-day periods)

  • There are no fees during the first 30 days

• Payments: During the Layaway period, you can either make multiple payments, or just one final payment at the end, at which time we will ship your item(s).

 

Layaway Terms & Conditions:

• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOUR LAYAWAY BE HELD LONGER THAN 90 DAYS.

• Layaway item(s) will remain at Texas Security Equipment until balance is Paid in Full

• If, after 90 days, we have not received payment in full, your Layaway Plan will automatically be canceled, and any/all payments will NOT be refunded.

• Consignment Inventory is NOT available to be put on layaway.

• SPECIAL ORDERED items are NOT AVAILABLE to be put on layaway.

• No Refunds will be Issued on Layaway Items or Special Ordered Items.

• Price Protection is only in affect during the first 30 days of the layaway period.

• Note: original purchaser is required by ATF to pass a background check prior to taking receipt of any firearm.
